STATE REPRESENTATIVE DAVID BOWEN

Rep. David Bowen was first elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 2014, and is currently serving in his fourth term as State Representative for the 10th Assembly District. Before his election to the Assembly, Rep. Bowen served on the Milwaukee County Board as Supervisor for the 10th District, becoming the youngest member of the Board and one of the youngest Black local elected officials in Milwaukee’s history. 

A first-generation American and the son of Jamaican immigrants who traveled to Wisconsin for economic opportunity, Rep. David Bowen was born and raised on Milwaukee’s North Side.
